1. Mụctiêuđàotạo/ Course objective
|
Môn học này cung cấp cho học viên kiến thức về các quyền cũng như những tiêu chuẩn, nguyên tắc và cơ chế bảo vệ các quyền của trẻ em. Đồng thời đưa ra những nhận định thực tiễn về bảo vệ các quyền của trẻ em ở Việt Nam và một số quốc gia khác. |
Course objective - The course will provide students with a strong understanding of the rights and main standards and principles and mechanism in rights of children and practice in Vietnam as well as in other countries.

2. Nội dung tóm tắt

- Criteria for Evaluation and Exam:
Individual presentations 20 %
Class participation 15 %
Course paper 15 %
Final exam 50 %.
Course paper:
The paper will be two academic paper of around 3-3,500 words, of publishable standard (this means a critical analytical paper. The paper topic is “............................................................”.
