1.  Course objective

Mục tiêu đào tạo

International Human Rights Law is a branch of International Laws. The course provides students with an overview of the relationship of Human Rights with Public International Law and its other branches such as International Humanitarian Law and International Criminal Law, International Environmental Law and International Trade law and Refugee Law. The course further provides for an introduction to the concept and highlights the commonalities and differences between them and International Human Rights Law. In addition the course analyzes the relevance of International Human Rights Law in the context.

Hiểu được khái niệm, lịch sử phát triển, đặc điểm và nội dung cơ bản của các ngành luật có về liên quan mật thiết đến luật quốc tế về quyền con người, bao gồm: luật nhân đạo quốc tế, luật  hình sự quốc tế, luật tị nạn quốc tế, Luật Môi trường, Luật tị nạn. So sánh sự khác nhau giữa các khái niệm và áp dụng luật trong các bối cảnh.
