Master Programme on Human Rights Laws (master's - 2 years) - Batch 2015-2017

Introduction

The Master Programme on Human Rights Laws at School of Law of Vietnam National University Hanoi is the first master programme on Human Rights in Vietnam. The programme is managed by School of Law under the approval and regulation of VNU. The programme receives the technical and financial support of Norwegian Center for Human Rights of University Of Oslo (Norway) for the first two batches until 2017.

This Master Programme aims to provide students a solid basis for understanding the global and regional human rights systems as well as providing a basic political and philosophical understanding of human rights in Vietnam. In addition, the master programme provides students with the research methods for writing a Master’s thesis.

• CAL 6016:  International Human Rights Laws for Vulnerable Groups  [3]- Pháp luật quốc tế về quyền con người của các nhóm dễ bị tổn thương

• CAL 6017: International Mechanism for Protection and Promotion of Human Rights [4] - Cơ chế quốc tế về bảo vệ và thúc đẩy quyền con người

• CAL 6018:  Viewpoints, Policies of the Communist Party and the State of Vietnam on Human Rights [5] - Quan điểm, chính sách của Đảng và Nhà nước Việt Nam về quyền con người.

• CAL 6019: Laws and Mechanism for Protection and Promotion of Human Rights in Vietnam [6] - Pháp luật và cơ chế bảo vệ và thúc đẩy quyền con người ở Việt Nam

• CAL 6024: National Human Rights Laws and Mechanisms [11] - Pháp luật và cơ chế quốc gia về quyền con người
• CAL 6025: Human Rights in the Administration of Justice - Quyền con người trong lĩnh vực tư pháp
• CAL 6026: International Humanitarian Law - Luật nhân đạo quốc tế
• CAL 6027: Constitutions and Human Rights - Hiến pháp và quyền con người
• CAl 6028: Human Rights in International Relations  - Quyền con người trong quan hệ quốc tế.
• CAL 6029: Globalization and  Human Rights - Toàn cầu hóa và quyền con người
• CAL 6030: Human Rights in ASEAN - Quyền con người trong khu vực ASEAN
• CAl 6031: The rights of the child in international and Vietnamese law - Quyền trẻ em trong pháp luật quốc tế và pháp luật Việt Nam
• CAl 6032: Democracy, democratization and Human Rights - Dân chủ, dân chủ hóa và quyền con người.
